DELIVERY

Shipping costs are determined by zone and a full breakdown can be found below. If you would like any additional information about deliveries to the UK, Europe or International deliveries please contact our customer services team at customerservice@beautyworkswest.com or alternatively call us on +44 (0)20 7243 1066.

All orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Please place your order before 4pm in order for us to ship your parcel on that day.

For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.

As all our parcels require a signature upon delivery we are unable to deliver to  PO Box addresses.

RETURNS

All of us at BeautyWorksWest hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please note: Sale Items are non-returnable.

Please follow the steps outlined below to return your goods to BeautyWorksWest:

Step 1

Please e-mail our customer service team at customerservice@beautyworkswest.com to inform us that you wish to return an item and whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please provide us with your customer order number, which is found on your invoice which arrives together with your order, and with details of the item you wish to return.

Step 2

Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) using the pre-printed shipping label which is found on the bottom right hand side of your invoice.

Step 3

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by BeautyWorksWest as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
