Kissing!

Kissing is the ultimate aphrodisiac.  It has the capacity to bridge conflicts and differences between people, to bring people closer and make both the "kisser" and the "kissee" feel better.

In a recent American Study (those Americans study so many things) people who kissed for 15 minutes while listening to music experienced higher levels of oxytocin -the hormone that encourages you to bond. Plus it lowered levels of the stress hormone cortisol.

And.. big passionate kisses help you lose weight! Kissing increases your metabolic rate, therefore helping you burn calories. Wow – can you imagine that? Brilliant.

Kissing has also been scientifically proven to increase adrenalin making your heart work faster and increasing blood flow. The results are:  lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and better cardiovascular activity. 

We strongly advise you to get out there and find that certain loved one or “in lust” one to start kissing!
