Go get beautiful arms!

As Spring is upon us and Summer approaches, the

spectre of those cute little dresses and unforgiving

swimsuits starts to haunt us. We obsess about pert

bottoms, shapely legs and flat stomachs...

but what about those arms?

So, ladies, it’s time to create a better look: toned, tight, sculpted and smooth. Let’s start by brushing that dry skin away on our arms. Start at the hands and brush using a circular movement all the way up, paying particular attention to those elbows which discolour, wrinkle and make you look old before your time. Don’t forget to brush the skin under your arms vigourously to stimulate the skin which likes to defy the laws of gravity. Then smother your arms in thick body cream or oil.

For toning, it’s all about exercise. No excuses, 15 minutes every other day. This is the drill recommended by Jen Williams, a highly experienced personal trainer at BodyWorksWest.
