this is your first visit to us, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill
out the appropriate consultation forms
- Do not work out or have any
heat treatments before or after waxing or laser treatments
- Wear dark
and loose clothing after your FAKE BAKE treatment and please allow
8 hours for tan to develop before showering.
- Alcohol should not be consumed
prior to treatment
- Every effort will be made to provid you with your
preferred therapist but it cannot be guaranteed
- Please let us know
if you have any medical conditions and/or conditions
- We respectfully
request that all mobile phones be switched off during your visit to
the spa
- Personal details taken from the clients during consultation
procedures will be secure and in the stricted confidence at all times

- It would be best to pay for your manicure before your treatment
and remove your car keys from your handbag
- A gratuity payment can be made directly to your therapist or
in an envelope at reception
- Please note that we require 24 hours prior to the appointment
to reschedule or cancel otherwise a you will incur the full charge
of the treatment
- We require credit or debit card details to secure the booking
